ETERNIA show – a unique artistic content production created for the theatrical-circus performance at the Tashir Arena.
Retouched Surrealism: Between Reality and Imagination
Being part of the creative team of Eternia Circus, I contributed to designing & producing immersive 360° visuals across a complex multi-surface system. The content was designed for a full 360° LED screen, a massive central transparent cylindrical screen, and the arena floor—synchronizing video, lighting, and scenography into a seamless panoramic experience that embraces the acrobats’ spontaneity while infusing a poetic atmosphere with subtle surrealism. Real Time Visualization Challenge
Another custom made visualization system was created for a real time review of the effects. Taking special consideration in respecting seamless visual content both in time and in space. Work in progress was sent constantly to client and final decision makers for confirmation of the direction, mood and style that were produced and proposed, keeping consistency with the story yet creating new visual opportunities and storytelling innovative ideas.

The Circus – New Format, New challenge
The circus format added another layer of complexity, as both video and audio had to remain precisely aligned with the unpredictable human element at all times. Each acrobat had their own numéro, and the timing could shift at any moment due to the unpredictable human factor, depending on the acrobats’ balance, momentum, or split-second decisions. This meant the video and audio had to stay fully adaptable in real time, constantly responding to these live variations. My biggest challenge was handling the massive volume of content and visualizing it in real time, ensuring perfect synchronization with the story’s rhythm and the evolving lighting mood.
Creative Team
An international group of artists and modern technologies have made ETERNIA a world-class stage event. Every detail of the show – sound, light, costume, movement – serves the same idea and creates a total immersion effect. ETERNIA was directed by world-class director and choreographer. Technical & visual direction by Meduse.video . Many thanks to Pavel Brun, Slava Minchenko and Aliona Kozina for this amazing opportunity! #tashirarena. #Eternia. https://eternia-show.com/

About the Show
It tells the story of the eternal struggle of light and darkness, faith, hope, love and the infinite power of the human soul, which is capable of overcoming any test – a story of a journey beyond reality. Large-scale rehearsals were held for about two years, and more than a hundred artists from different countries participated in the show. About 2,000 spectators from different communities of Armenia attended the pre-premiere charity screening.
ETERNIA is a world where the boundaries of reality disappear, and imagination takes shape. A story of transformation, love and quest awaits you, told in the language of music, light and incredible tricks. Entering the unusual world of ETERNIA, an ordinary young man meets a beautiful Nymph who conquers his heart. For her, the young man is ready for anything, even a dangerous journey through uncharted territories. Together with his companion, the wise keeper of ETERNIA’s secrets, the hero will go through the trials of the four elements, meet fantastic creatures and face incredible obstacles.

360 Degree Content Production Solution
A custom video compositing software system was engineered to manage the massive content across 360° high-resolution LED screens converging into a central curved display. At the core, a cylindrical projection screen made of transparent fabric rolled down from the central truss system. The arena’s architecture also functioned as extended projection surfaces, creating a fully integrated immersive environment, offering interaction of acting performers with the floor surface. During 2 months of onsite supervision my aim was to integrate all of those different formats into one consistent and seamless “Tableau”.
